Attending an event is one of the most fun ways you can give. Each year, we hold two major fundraising events—the Farm to Table dinner in the fields of Katchkie Farm and the Art of Cooking gala in New York City—and other special events too. Attending events are an opportunity to celebrate our students and supporters while growing future programs.
The Art of Cooking is our annual fall benefit event in New York City. This event provides critical support for our NYC programs for youth, teens and families in New York City Housing Authority community centers. Join us for this year’s event at Hudson Mercantile on October 26, 2017. Read more about this year’s honorees or purchase tickets here.
This year’s Fall Harvest Day is on October 14th at Katchkie Farm. Join us for a celebration of the fall harvest with food and activities for the entire family. This event is on Saturday, October 14th from 11-2pm at Katchkie Farm. Read more about this event here.
The Tenth Annual Farm to Table Dinner was a huge success at Katchkie Farm in Kinderhook, NY. Read our blog post for the full recap on the celebration of food and community. We are already looking forward to next year!
To mark our Tenth Anniversary year, The Sylvia Center is organizing a series of events and happenings throughout 2017. Read here about our latest events, and join our mailing list to get all the updates and invitations.
