Angela graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education with highest honors in Baking and Pastry Arts. After graduating, she spent time training in one of London’s busiest farm-to-table kitchens, preparing desserts from the eggs, milk, fruit, and vegetables gathered onsite.
For the past four years, she has been the Head Baker of a very popular bakery in her home of New York City. She loves to write recipes, and she creates a unique and fun menu every month.
Baking doesn’t just provide you with a delicious treat- it is also a fine art, it’s a precise science, and it can be a calming therapy!
