It starts in your kitchen!

The Sylvia Center teaches young people how to build healthier lives through food and become healthy food advocates within their communities.

While the doors to our Sylvia Center community kitchens are temporarily closed, we have a duty to continue our work and to find alternative/new ways to keep learning skills for healthy eating and cooking. The Sylvia Center will be open online to provide fun and engaging lessons for students, families and teachers over the coming weeks.
