Attending an event is one of the most fun ways you can give. Each year, we hold two major fundraising events—the Farm to Table dinner in the fields of Katchkie Farm and the Art of Cooking gala in New York City—and other special events too. Attending events are an opportunity to celebrate our students and supporters while growing future programs.
To mark our Tenth Anniversary year, The Sylvia Center is organizing a series of events and happenings throughout 2017. Read here about our latest events, and join our mailing list to get all the updates and invitations.
The Tenth Annual Farm to Table Dinner will take place on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Katchkie Farm in Kinderhook, NY, and tickets are now available. Proceeds from the dinner provide support to young people and their families in Columbia County with our on-farm and community based programs.
The Art of Cooking 2017
The Art of Cooking is our annual fall benefit event in New York City. This event provides critical support for our NYC programs for youth, teens and families in New York City Housing Authority community centers. Read the recap of last year’s festivities here and stay tuned for this year’s event date.
