Tune into free virtual live cooking classes for families with kids of all ages and prepare dishes in real time with The Sylvia Center community chefs. Classes are conducted Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5 to 6/6:30. For more information and to sign-up, please see below. The recipe(s) for each week’s classes are posted a week in advance, so there will be plenty of time to make sure you have all the ingredients necessary.
For those in Columbia Co., NY, home of The Sylvia Center’s upstate New York campus, ingredients for each classes will be available at Philmont Cooperative and Katchkie Farm by ordering a week before the associated class. (See details below). All participants will be sent a link via email.
