Brooklyn-born Educator Ellie recently returned home after graduating from Bard College with a BA in Environmental Studies. At Bard, she found joy in building community through farming and food, especially while working on the college’s campus farm. She brings to The Sylvia Center a love of cooking, teaching, and making things by hand. When she’s not working with students, you can find her playing guitar, experimenting with fiber arts, dancing, or cooking meals with family and friends. Ellie is excited to combine her passions for childhood education, food justice, and hands-on learning in her work at TSC.
