Chef Educator
Eli Mattern is a Chef Educator based in Ridgewood, Queens. With a background in nutrition and public health, she encourages her students to try new foods (especially vegetables!) and make healthy substitutions. She is passionate about food justice. Eli also enjoys playing viola and keyboard.
