David Gruber is an independent communications, marketing, and image-making consultant. Before he started to consult, David worked as head of brand for a New York-based restaurant group that then had 24 restaurants in its portfolio. As a consultant, he's worked with restaurants including Estela and Corner Bar, Quince and Cotogna, Crown Shy and Overstory, Manuela and Fish Shop; and individuals including Nancy Silverton, Ignacio Mattos, and Eli Zabar.
