Jake Greenblatt is a Chef Educator with a background in education, psychology, and the arts. He graduated from Colorado College with a BA in Psychology and Education and has five years of experience working with young people in preschools, elementary and high schools, nonprofit organizations, and youth detention facilities. Jake believes creative expression can be a powerful way for young people to learn about themselves, their communities, and the world around them, and he brings that spirit of curiosity and creativity to his work at The Sylvia Center. When he’s not teaching, Jake loves to draw, animate, write, cook, bake, dance, run, and meditate.
