Jess Shulman is a Chef Educator who brings her love of seasonal food from the farm into the classroom. A lifelong cook and baker, Jess recently completed a culinary course at Le Cordon Bleu and currently works as an organic farmer, growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers. She loves helping students connect with fresh ingredients and discover new ways to experience food—and learning from the perspectives they bring to the kitchen, too. When she’s not teaching with The Sylvia Center, you can find her on the farm, reading, learning about herbs, trying new restaurants, or testing out a new recipe.
