TSC Chef Assistant Elizabeth Aguilar helps lead hands-on cooking classes and demonstrations for youth and family classes in Staten Island alongside Chef Educator Sarah Kabalkin. They care deeply about creating stronger, healthier communities and believe everyone deserves access to fresh food and culturally meaningful nutrition education. Before joining The Sylvia Center, Elizabeth volunteered with Green City Force and their local residential committee, where they supported community-driven projects. In their free time, they love visiting museums and getting creative—whether through music, art, cooking, or crafts.
