Malcolm joined The Sylvia Center as a Chef Assistant in January. Born and raised in the city and now living in Brooklyn, he discovered his love for cooking at a young age. Straight out of high school, he decided to follow that passion professionally, and has been learning, growing, and cooking ever since. At TSC, he’s especially excited by the chance to share what he’s learned and to work alongside a team that values both great food and education. Outside the kitchen, he looks forward to meeting new people, trying fresh flavors, and bringing joy to every meal.
