Miranda joined The Sylvia Center as a Chef Educator as part of her broader work in sustainable food systems. Based in Brooklyn and originally from Westchester, NY, she brings a deep commitment to building community and connection through food. Outside of TSC, Miranda teaches with Allergic to Salad and contributes to food and agriculture journalism as a freelance writer. Whether in the kitchen or on the page, she is passionate about fostering awareness, engagement, and joy in the ways we grow, cook, and share meals together.
