Rachel Cytron is a New York City nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience in youth development, education, and afterschool programming. She has served as Executive Director of Row New York, Chief Operating Officer of Partnership with Children, and Associate Executive Director of DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI). Throughout her career, Rachel has focused on strengthening organizations and helping them achieve greater impact. She excels at building strong teams, developing staff, and creating effective organizational systems. Rachel also has extensive experience in program development, program evaluation, and all aspects of nonprofit fundraising. Rachel is particularly passionate about helping staff grow, creating positive workplace cultures, and ensuring that organizations have the structures and talent needed to achieve their goals. Over the past two years, she has also served as a consultant and interim leader supporting nonprofits through periods of transition and change. Rachel lives in Manhattan with her husband and two teenage daughters. She enjoys reading with her two book clubs, traveling with her family, and taking spin classes.
