Sarah Jampol-Auerbach

Chef Educator
Sarah has spent over 20 years working in education, food service, and community farming. After studying at Hunter College, she founded an urban farm in the Bronx that provided fresh produce and hands-on learning for local students and families. Since moving to Columbia County, she’s taught in local schools and led a scratch-cooking program at Columbia Children’s Center. Outside of the classroom, Sarah grows herbs and vegetables with her two sons and cooks with The Farmers’ Feast. She believes deeply in the connection between the earth, our food, and ourselves—and is thrilled to share that passion through The Sylvia Center.
