Siri Kanter is a Chef Assistant at The Sylvia Center. A recent graduate of the University of Southern California, she developed a deep interest in food and agricultural policy, and exploring how equitable food systems can drive social change. Inspired by her Italian mother’s love of cooking and creativity in the kitchen, she believes food has the power to heal, nurturing both body and mind, and to connect and repair communities around the world.
