Will Nadan is a Chef Educator specializing in teen programming. He's always loved to cook, but only decided to pursue his passion professionally after graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans. Will trained at Alice Waters’ restaurant Chez Panisse in California, where he learned everything he could about making seasonal produce shine. When he moved to New York, he decided to share his passion for food with others through teaching. He loves showing his students everything he learned working in restaurants and studying nutrition in college. When he is not teaching with The Sylvia Center, you can find him exploring the city in search of the best tacos or teaching cooking classes at Sur La Table.
