Tatiana Iglesias’ culinary career began early on, inspired by her love for ethnic food from around the world. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, Tatiana began seeking opportunities to further develop her culinary creativity. Tatiana had been a culinary professional for over 10 years. She has worked with some of the most well known chefs such as Michael Anthony from Gramercy Tavern and Suzanne Cupps from 232 Bleecker.
With a diverse background in hospitality, her roles as a personal chef, corporate catering chef, and as an event chef along with countless other culinary positions have diversified her talents. She has been notably awarded Best Recipe from the team at Google. Until recently, Tatiana has been Sous Chef at Squarespace Headquarters serving over 750 guests a day while overseeing the food presentation, quality control, and menu presentation. During the pandemic she has taken the initiative to work with children as a Chef Educator, teaching kids and families how to prepare meals at home with fresh meal kits.
She is eager and ambitious to take on new rules, challenges, and culinary adventures.
