Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Aidan has been drawn to the world of food for as long as he can remember, and is passionate about the connection between eating beautiful, high-quality foods, and holistic well-being. With over 10 years of culinary experience, he's worked in restaurants across Ulster, Columbia and Greene counties, and is now a Sous Chef at the James Beard-nominated Casa Susanna in Leeds, NY. When he's not serving up immaculate plates at the restaurant or teaching all-ages in TSC programs, you'll find him doing crosswords, lifting weights, making ceramics, and spending time with his cat Gretchen. He also enjoys eating inappropriate amounts of good sourdough with inappropriate amounts of good butter.
