Celebrating Ten Years of The Sylvia Center

#CELEBRATETEN

The Sylvia Center’s Tenth Anniversary

For ten years, The Sylvia Center has been teaching healthy cooking skills to young people and their families. Between programs in Columbia County and New York City, over 20,000 students have been to the farm and taken classes since 2007. We have seen, first-hand, the impact of teaching young people and their families how to cook with fresh ingredients. We know that when families learn to cook together, they are more likely to cook healthy, nutritious meals at home.

Now, more than ever, our work is critical to growing healthy communities in the areas we serve.  We invite you to join us as we embark on the next decade of inspiring possibilities.

Get Involved — #CelebrateTEN with us!

Celebrate ten years of The Sylvia Center at our Annual Farm to Table Dinner on July 15th in the fields of Katchkie Farm. Your support will enable thousands more young people and their families to enjoy a beautiful day in nature, delicious meals they prepare themselves, collaboration and new friendships.
