We’re thrilled to announce that longtime Chef Educator Molly Schneider is now The Sylvia Center’s full-time Upstate Programs Manager! Molly has taught every TSC curriculum across NYC and Upstate, bringing over 15 years of experience in farming, food justice, and the restaurant industry to the role—including working at several James Beard-nominated kitchens. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she now lives in Catskill and is pursuing her Master’s in Food Studies at NYU. Molly is passionate about creating joyful food experiences that build lifelong healthy habits. As she puts it, “Taking risks in the kitchen can have a big payoff—especially when kids discover they love something new!”
