Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Art of Cooking gala! With your generosity, we are on track to raise over $500,000 to support our work in delivering nutrition-focused culinary programming across New York.
It was an incredible night! Our guests were treated to a delicious dinner curated and prepared by Chef Bryce from Sweetbriar and had many laughs with Chef Ayesha as our dynamic auctioneer. A highlight of the night included recognizing our honorees, Great Performances Hospitality group, Wendy Dessy of Proskauer, and Jeannette Bocanegra from Justice for Families for their wonderful partnerships and inspiring commitments to building a healthier future.
The night wouldn’t be complete without The Sylvia Center’s Teen Culinary Apprentices who served scrumptious appetizers during cocktail hour with recipes inspired by their neighborhoods.
We are so grateful for all of the support we have had over the past 15 years and look forward to the next 15 years to come.
