Art of Cooking 2018

By November 2, 2018September 2nd, 2020Events, In the City

The night was filled with delicious food, great company, laughter, and maybe a few tears. Our night started off with cocktails and perfect bite size hors d’oeuvres inspired by our guest chef and student collaborations from all over the city. We thank Patti Jackson (Delaware and Hudson), Sohui Kim (Insa and The Good Fork), and Antonio Mora (Quality Meats) for sharing their knowledge and skills with the students. Our students were undeniably excited to be working with such kind and talented chefs. The night continued with a delicious dinner curated by Anita Lo. Thank you to Great Performances for their outstanding service and support, and Hudson Mercantile and Bentley Meeker for the beautiful event space. Most of all, we thank our community chefs and students for being role models in their communities and continuing to inspire us and others to grow together.

The Sylvia Center is moved by the generosity and efforts from our friends and supporters. Thank you everyone for keeping us thriving.
