Beans are amazing! Not only do they provide an amazing source of fiber to keep our digestion working great, but they are also filled with vitamins and minerals. They are a great protein source that is inexpensive and can last a long time in your pantry.

In this video, Chef Sarah cooks white beans flavored with garlic, onion, and rosemary. When shopping for this recipe, you can use any variety of bean including small white beans and cannellini beans.

Tip: If cooking dried beans, soak overnight (or at least 6-8 hours) to shorten the cooking time.
