2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
2 tablespoons of red onion, or any other variety, minced
1 jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
¼ cup of cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
- Put the avocados in a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash them. Add the onion, cilantro, lime, and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
