Sam Moll demonstrates mindfulness practices and shares tips for the Teen Culinary Apprentices on these exercises in preparation for teaching young children during their virtual summer internship. These exercises can help relieve stress both inside a classroom or in your personal life.
Sam is a former Sylvia Center Community Chef and is working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian. Sam was able to develop a series of mindfulness resources for the Sylvia Center during his Dietetic Internship and has continued as a mindfulness expert creating curricula and leading exercises for both students and staff.
