Some of our students, inspired by their experiences in the kitchen, have become chef instructors in the same communities where they live. Other students have changed their own eating habits and continue to practice their cooking skills at home, in hopes of a healthier future for themselves and their families. We hope you find joy in this collection of recipes, and we hope to inspire even more of you to cook together. Each dish provides a glimpse into the food that our students learn how to cook and how they have embraced the skills they’ve learned in our programs. We invite you to make them at home and share them with your family and friends!
